Constipation differs from person to person. Each one has their own opinion or knowledge of constipation according to his/her normal bowel movements, diet and age.
People assume not having a bowel movement everyday is termed as a constipation problem, No it’s not true and likely it is not necessary to have a bowel movement every day, hence medically proved. The symptom of constipation is not having a complete bowel movement for at least three times a week, which is noticed from past six to eight months. This is the main and severe symptom of constipation, where the doctor has to be consulted ASAP.
Other than this, there are some more Symptoms of Constipation such as:-
Having difficulty in staring and completing a bowel movement,
Evaluating dry and hard stool after applying force or lengthened straining.
Acidity problem, such as difficulty in passing out gas.
To have a physical movement applied to complete a bowel movement, like using of a finger to your lower abdomen for free evaluation.
Increase in the size of belly or stomach.
Loosing small amount of watery stool now and then.
Bad breath and better taste of the mouth.
Feeling of indigestion, lack of appetite, uncomfortable, sluggish, headache, body pains, weakness, laziness these are the common symptoms of constipation.
The symptoms of constipation which at extreme cases has to be examined by the doctor are:-
Falling of blood while evaluating stool.
Sense to vomit or Nausea, this can accompany with diarrhea.
Irritable bowel syndrome. Pain in the rectum and around the belly while passing stool.
Sudden weight loss.
Some other dangerous and fatal symptoms of constipation are:-
Black and bloody stools.
Unconsciousness and sudden increase in body temperature.
Yellowing of skin indicating jaundice.
